This is the way ASHTON, a 1968 VW Bettle, looked like when I picked her up. A little neglected, but well worth saving!!!

The front looks like it went through a sandblaster. Looks like years of not waxing and neglect. The drive from California wasnt good on her either!!!

And this is her now...sitting in primer and looking a little better if you ask me.

This is all the photos I have at the moment, but as I add things to her, I will include them in here.

Any Ideas on what I should do? Email me and tell me some really radical, yet not too EXPENSIVE, ideas that would look good on an EAST coast bug!

AS soon as I get my mouse fixed, I will be putting some VW related WAV files and a new background on this page. Bear with me, I'm learning this stuff as I go along, so expect many changes. Some will be done daily.

Well I finally arranged to get her painted. Ken Surmons of Surmon's Paint and Body out of Winston/Salem N.C will be handling the the paint.
